Women On The Ball
This isn't traditional sponsorship - not a one-way transaction where a business gives money, gets a logo placement and disappears into the background.
It's a collaborative partnership model that brings business support, services, sponsorship, visibility, PR, networking, commercial thinking and practical help around one club.
Backing women. Building futures.

She Backs Sport NI is a women-led collective connecting women entrepreneurs and businesses with grassroots women's sport in a more practical, visible and commercially sustainable way.
Our first partnership is with Crusaders Strikers, who are embracing this new model as the first team to help shape, test and prove what's possible.
This isn't traditional sponsorship — not a one-way transaction where a business gives money, gets a logo placement and disappears into the background. It's a collaborative partnership model that brings business support, services, sponsorship, visibility, PR, networking, commercial thinking and practical help around one club.
Access to a circle of women in business who can help raise profile, strengthen visibility, open doors and support wider development.
Meaningful brand association, PR, networking, matchday access, social visibility and a place in the conversation.
Women's football is growing, but too many teams are still expected to compete, perform and inspire without the resources, visibility or investment they deserve. At grassroots level, the issue is not only money. It's access.

Women's game deserves more than scraps from the table.

Crusaders Strikers are the first club partnering with She Backs Sport NI to explore this new model of support. This isn't about the club simply receiving help — it's about working together to shape a practical, visible and replicable framework that shows how grassroots women's sport can be backed differently.
Together we'll test what works, identify what the club needs, create visibility for the team and the businesses involved, and build a model that can be shared, developed and adapted for other clubs.

We're starting with one club. The wider mission is a sustainable business model for supporting women's football and grassroots women's sport — a framework that shows how women entrepreneurs, businesses, sponsors and communities can come together around a team in a structured, valuable way.
Helps clubs understand their commercial value
Helps businesses see the benefit of backing women's sport
Turns skills, networks and influence into practical support
Creates visibility for players, clubs, partners and communities
Value isn't only financial. It's professional services, strategic support, PR, marketing, social media, design, photography, content, events, funding knowledge, commercial expertise, introductions, mentoring and access to wider networks — organised into a meaningful support model.

Entrepreneurs, business owners, founders, freelancers, consultants, creatives, professionals, sponsors, partners and leaders who want to be part of something with purpose.
Every contribution matters when it's connected to a bigger plan.
We don't ask businesses to quietly give support in the background. We want partners to be visible, their involvement recognised, their businesses to benefit from being part of a bold, purposeful women's sport movement.

More than logo placement. A place in the story.

We know what it feels like to be underestimated. We know how to create momentum before the world catches up. We know how powerful visibility, networks and practical support can be.
By getting involved you're not just supporting a football team — you're helping build a new way of backing women's sport, in a network of women who collaborate, connect and use their businesses as a force for visibility, opportunity and change.
For women who want to do more than talk. For women who want to show up.
For women entrepreneurs and businesses who want to pledge time, services, product, expertise, contacts or practical support.
For businesses or individuals who want to provide financial backing to support the initiative, the club and future activity.
For organisations, funders, networks or businesses who want to help shape the wider model and long-term development of She Backs Sport.
For women who want to connect with the group, meet others involved and experience the initiative in action on a matchday.
For people who want to help raise awareness, share the message and amplify women's football in Northern Ireland.

Let's talk

Women's football needs more than applause from the sidelines. It needs visibility, investment, partnerships, practical support — and people willing to back it properly. We're inviting women entrepreneurs, businesses, sponsors and partners to be part of it from the start.
